donate blood.

urgh. massive bruises on both arms from giving blood last night. couldn't find the vein in one arm AFTER sticking the needle in so tried the other and luckily found one. rockin up late to institute with bandages on both arms is an interesting experience. but i gave blood FINALLY. after not being able to for a few years. so it was good. definitely be doing it again :)
